Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SavTok mobile application (“SavTok,” the “App”), operated by Harjinder Singh (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using SavTok, you agree to these Terms.
1. SavTok Service
SavTok provides tools that may allow users to process supported links, save media to their devices, access music-related functionality, discover or work with hashtags, and use other media-related tools. Features may change over time, and we do not guarantee support for every website, link, format, or third-party service.
2. User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the links you submit, the content you access or save, and how you use that content. You agree to use SavTok only with content that you own, created, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to access and save.
SavTok does not grant you ownership rights or licenses to third-party content. The technical ability to access or save content does not mean that you have the legal right to copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, modify, sell, or otherwise use it.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You must respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, and other proprietary rights. You may not knowingly use SavTok to infringe another person's or entity's rights.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Content
SavTok may allow you to process links or content originating from third-party websites, applications, or platforms. SavTok is an independent application and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with any third-party platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Prohibited Uses
- unlawful purposes;
- copyright or other intellectual-property infringement;
- violations of privacy or publicity rights;
- accessing content without authorization where authorization is legally required;
- fraud, abuse, malicious software, or deceptive conduct;
- interfering with or disrupting SavTok or its infrastructure; or
- attempting to circumvent technical or security restrictions.
6. Premium Subscriptions
SavTok may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including a Weekly Premium subscription at $5.99 per week and a Monthly Premium subscription at $24.99 per month. Actual pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes, promotions, or App Store pricing changes. The price shown by Apple at the time of purchase controls.
7. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting SavTok does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
8. Trials and Promotions
SavTok may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts, or promotions. Applicable eligibility, duration, and pricing will be shown before purchase.
9. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple and remain subject to Apple's applicable policies and mandatory consumer rights.
10. Restore Purchases
Where supported, SavTok may allow you to restore eligible purchases or subscription entitlements associated with your Apple ID. Subscription status and entitlements may be managed using RevenueCat.
11. Availability
We aim to keep SavTok operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Some features depend on third-party services or technologies we do not control and may change or become unavailable.
12. SavTok Intellectual Property
SavTok's software, interface, design, branding, graphics, original content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavTok is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every link or media source will work, that all features will be error-free, or that third-party services will remain compatible.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SavTok and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App, third-party content, misuse of SavTok, or changes to third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Termination
You may stop using SavTok at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.
16. Changes
We may update SavTok and these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
17. Apple App Store
If you downloaded SavTok through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the operator of SavTok, not Apple. Your use of SavTok must also comply with applicable App Store terms and policies.
18. Privacy
Your use of SavTok is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
