This Privacy Policy explains how SavTok (“SavTok,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Harjinder Singh, handles information when you use the SavTok mobile application (the “App”).
1. Overview
SavTok is a utility application that allows users to process supported media links and save media to their device. The App may also provide tools related to music, hashtags, and other media-related functionality. SavTok does not require users to create an account or register a profile.
2. Information We Process
Information you provide. SavTok does not require your name, email address, phone number, password, or account information to use the App. If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Links and media. When you submit a link, it may be processed as necessary to provide the requested feature. Media saved through SavTok is generally stored on your device or in a location selected by you.
Purchases and subscriptions. SavTok uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat may process purchase history, transaction and receipt information, subscription status, anonymous or app-generated identifiers, and limited device or operating-system information needed to provide subscription functionality.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. SavTok does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.
3. How We Use Information
- provide and operate SavTok;
- process requests initiated by you;
- determine subscription status and provide premium features;
- restore purchases;
- troubleshoot and secure the App;
- respond to support requests; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
SavTok uses Apple for App Store distribution and billing, and RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers may process limited information under their own privacy practices and contractual terms.
5. Data Retention
We retain information under our direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, respond to support requests, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction-related information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
6. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests
Because SavTok does not require user accounts, there may be no user profile or account data for us to delete. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information that may be under our control.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information processed in connection with SavTok. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
SavTok is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
10. Third-Party Content
SavTok may interact with links, content, websites, or services provided by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their respective policies.
